2. Reduction of the carbon footprint through design and construction utilizing Passive House standards.
3. Completed Projects turned over to local Charities or Non-profits for their 100% ownership and permanent cash flow.

How Can You Make A Difference?
Thanks to our proprietary, philanthropic development model, when you choose to support The JOY Concept®, your charitable contributions make a difference in various, but equally impactful areas.
You are contributing to the support funding that is required to establish more sorely needed affordable housing options throughout various Canadian communities, reducing the amount of costly institutional financing required, and ensuring the end-owner Faith-Based Groups or other Non-Profit Organizations have access to capital for their own charitable programs.
Since all completed JOY projects are turned over to select Faith-Based Groups and other Non-Profit Organizations for their 100% ownership, you are helping facilitate both ongoing cashflow and equity to groups who are carefully vetted to ensure funds are for their own Pre-Development costs and to further their local community outreach programs upon project completion.
These include various social programs including relief of poverty among other charitable community causes as outlined by Canada Revenue Agency.
